“I choose not to be in overwhelm.”
This is a mantra you can say over and over again, especially when you find yourself starting to feel overwhelmed, confused about what to do next, or distraught by the size of your to do list.
I use this mantra to center myself.
I have it listed on my white board that I use daily.
And then I use the mantra to re-prioritize my day. What are the top three things that I need to do? And what can I ignore? Then I feel confident by how I am deciding to invest my time and energy. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and wasting my precious time and energy!
