Does your end of year appeal yield the same lackluster results?

Do your funding proposals receive the same, negative responses?

Does your department struggle to juggle it all on the same organizational system?

Do you struggle with the same, bad donor retention rate?

So, what do you do?  Should your fundraising team continue as planned – repeating the same actions and simply hoping for better?

I don’t recommend it!   “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results” is INSANITY,  according to Albert Einstein.  If you want different results, you must take different actions.
