The marketing projects focus on the nonprofit’s programs.  The marketing efforts focus on communication with the nonprofit’s clients.


Should the direct costs (printing, postage, online fees) be considered a program expense or overhead?  Should the indirect costs (staff time) be considered a program expense or overhead?
