Development Manager, Goodwill Industries Foundation

This is an ideal position for an individual who can organize and plan, who possesses strong writing skills and who is comfortable meeting staff, donors, volunteers and leadership.  The Development Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Goodwill Foundation’s annual integrated campaign, including prospect identification and research, direct mail solicitation, development of online complement, oversight of data entry and the acknowledgement process. Annual fund experience required.  High conscientiousness, attention to detail and the ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals are attributes of the successful candidate.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of progressively responsible and successful fundraising experience or combination of education and experience. Excellent written, oral and analytical skills needed.  Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies required.  Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising database experience preferred.
