Honestly, I’ve never been one to talking about haters.  It’s just not my style.

But I know that friends and clients may worry about a hater.

So you may be worried about haters.

 

Here is the deal.  If you put yourself out there, you risk a negative response.

If you say something real and substantive, some people may voice opposition.

If you are making something happen that matters, people may take offense (especially if it conflicts with how they see the world).

 

But it is not your job to self-edit.  And it is not your duty to water down your message.  And it is not your responsibility to make yourself more digest-able for others.

 

You do you.  You put yourself out there.  You say something real.  You do something that matters.

 

And see your haters simply as confirmation that you are real and you matter.
