“Job Creator” is a typical phrase used to refer to business owners.

And I am encouraging you to look at this phrase differently.  Because I personally had to realize that I was making a mistake in business.

I launched my business more than a year ago, and I made some mistakes along the way.  Those mistakes resulted me in creating another job for myself.

So I had my 9-5 job, and I had my business that had turned into a job.  My business was not the freedom, fulfilling business I intended to build.

So here I am, one year later, reviewing everything I’ve done, dissecting my processes, evaluating my outcomes, and determining the best next step forward.

Because I don’t want to be a job creator.  I don’t want to create another job for myself.

I want to create a business, a life, and a vision turned reality.
