But it isn’t our job to make learning feel good, sound good, or look good.
It is our responsibility to facilitate an environment that is conducive to authentic learning.
What does that look like?
Allowing natural consequences to occur in response to behaviors.
Responding fully and authentically to another person.
Providing space and time for individuals to experience for their own selves.
Not giving quick solutions to someone else’s problem to resolve.
Asking tough questions that may not be easy to answer.
